Your brain might experience this as stress in the beginning. But if you break it down into small steps, understand the patterns, and increase your body awareness, you will get to build a solid base that helps you to learn any trick.
The difficulty often is that you can’t really see what you are doing right or wrong when juggling. Because there are so many things happening at once. But if somebody reflects on how you juggle, you get the chance to make those small adjustments that help you to develop your own style of juggling.

Once you have these basic skills, I can also teach you the siteswap notations. This is a numeric juggling notation that describes different juggling patterns. It is like learning the juggling language and you’ll get to discover the different possibilities of further developing your juggle skills.
